Rights and obligations of the operator

The company Pietro Media, s.r.o, hereinafter referred to as the operator, does not provide users with a guarantee of continuous functionality, faultless operation and security of the server. The operator is not responsible for any damage that could be caused to the user in connection with the use of services on the server.

The Operator has the right to suspend the provision of services on the server at any time for a definite, indefinite or permanent period. The operator has the right to shut down the server at any time, even without any prior notice.

Content Restriction

Any distribution of the content or visual part of the www.coloringbook.pics portal for commercial use on third party websites and media is prohibited without the prior consent of the operator. An exception is content sharing on social networks with a backlink to www.coloringbook.pics.

Dissemination of the content or visual part of the www.coloringbook.pics portal for non-commercial use (private use) is possible without the consent of the operator with the provision of a backlink to the page www.coloringbook.pics.

Any copying of the function code for controlling online coloring books is prohibited without the prior consent of the operator.

Rights and obligations of the user

When using the services on the server, the user is obliged to comply with the legal norms of the state in which he is located, as well as the legal norms of the Slovak Republic. In the event of a breach of the legal standards or obligations set out in these rules, the operator may provide all available user information (including private user data) to the competent authorities.
