Mandalas are an ancient art form used for meditation, stress reduction, and creative expression. You’re invited to color your own mandala below and save it– or share it with a friend– as a reminder to take a breath, reflect, or meditate. See instructions below to get started!
Instructions:
- Click to choose a mandala, and a color palette will appear. Color your mandala and enjoy!
- Once finished, click on the “Print/Save to PDF” button, and select “Save to PDF” to save your design.
- You can text or email your saved PDF to a friend to support their mental health, too!
